FollowUp is a relationship management app for iPhone that helps people stay in touch with the people they care about. It tracks interactions, groups contacts by desired follow-up cadence, highlights who needs attention, and generates grounded conversation context and icebreaker suggestions using Apple Foundation Models.
The product is local-first: contact data, interaction history, generated relationship summaries, memory items, and icebreakers are stored on device using SwiftData. The app is designed for lightweight input, actionable reminders, and grounded recall without introducing cloud dependency.
Core workflows include importing or manually creating contacts, assigning each contact to a social circle, logging interactions with quick date selection and notes, and reviewing contact-level summaries, memory items, and suggested next conversation starters.
