Owned design through production deployment of a React/NestJS/MySQL application processing ~50 physical mail items/day at Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg, cutting handling time by an estimated 80% (~0.5 FTE freed).

Implemented on-device OCR to identify envelope senders and recipients and check opening rules in under one second, prompting operators to open and scan or handle mail otherwise.

Automated data extraction from scanned mail images using a large vision-language model (LVLM) with field-specific prompts; routed mail to responsible teams through custom rules while enabling operators to review results and take manual control when needed.

Optimized SQL/Airflow pipelines with indexing, batching, and incremental processing; built Python automation with validation and retries.

Built a facility management platform with full ownership from requirements through pilot deployment, including system architecture, C#/.NET services, a Vue/TypeScript frontend, and Oracle/S3 data infrastructure.
